We've been using this printer as the main printer in our small business and it works flawlessly. Not a single paper jam in thousands of pages printed. Perfect quality every time, and the toner seems to last forever. Great machine!

I bought this printer to serve a workgroup. It worked fine until I added the optional 500 page paper tray. When using the optional paper tray it misfeeds all of the time so, I finally discarded the optional paper tray, placed the printer in a lower duty area, and bought an HP printer where I needed multiple paper trays. The OKI works fine for limited use.

This is a great printer. I was looking for a printer that would print double sided so I wouldn't waste paper. And I wanted one that had a large toner capacity available. You just have to find the right place to buy toner because the retail price for it is high.
