Not thrilled

We like some of the features, but it takes several steps to duplex and scan. We also have streaks OFTEN on our copies. Cleaning the drum only works occasionally.

Works great

I have had no problems at all with this machine since I bought it a year ago! I have used it as a copier, printer and fax. I have not used a thumb drive or scanning functions yet.

More features and easy to operate, Wish that It came wireless for the money but other wise this product duplexes and works flawlessly, for me. Really like it
