Received printer approximately three months ago. It took trying three different drivers and twenty minutes on the phone with a representative to install the printer so that it actually worked with my computer. Once installed, the printer, which has an option to print in both color and in black and white, would not print in plain B&W even with every option selected. This took another call to the company and dealing with two different representatives over a period of two days. It needed a different driver installed. Did that, printed in black and white eventually. Now we can't get it to print in color.
Further, the printer is big and bulky, not all that fast, and does not come being able to print duplex (that is an "added attachment" that can be purchased). On top of that, it had a paper jam last week. The location of the jam, coupled with the printer's design, meant that I we were unable to reach the paper in order to remove it and fix the machine. A technician had to come to the office and disassemble the ENTIRE printer in order to remove the paper and fix the jam. For an expensive printer and xerox product, we are incredibly disappointed. We are returning the machine for the reasons mentioned, and our offices do not plan on using xerox products in the future. We've had much more success with Brother machines.

I've had several laser color printers and this is the best one. The output is great, is quick for it's price range and connecting to a mac and pc was a snap. Definitely recommend this.
