5Easy Setup worked well out of the box
By Gerry Bourke
Easy to set this up and helpful hints on the quickstart guide to get this running in a few minutes after unpacking.
Good quality print with duplex option not slowing the print speed to any noticeable level.
Capable of iPhone printing when both connected to network.

5Great printer/scanner/copier at any price - and FAST
By P. Rudy
Purchased this to replace an aging Dell multi function. Boy am I impressed. The old Dell MFC was a pain in the ass from the beginning for set up, but it did have network capabilities. This Brother is far superior and has full network capabilities. Easy to set up and makes really beautiful printing. And boy is it fast. The scan to network is far better than Dell. Using W7 and its a dream to set up and print. Can network scan to any folder for each registered user.

This printer does not have built in wireless -- but its designed for small offices. If you have wireless hooked to your network, the printer works like a wireless printer. our main router is wireless -- and our mobile devices print directly to the printer through the wireless router.

Not sure about the comments on other Brother printers about noise. Its quiet. Not dead quiet, but its an office printer. Users almost no power in sleep mode. Using on a 15 amp circuit with other computers -- no issues with breakers.

As most people that buy Brother say, they just run and run.

4Great printer/copier/scanner!
By Slappy
We purchased this to replace an aging Canon copy machine at our church. We've been very satisfied with it so far. Compared to what we were used to, the print speed seems very peppy. Apple Airprint compatibility is a nice touch, as I can print the church bulletins directly from my iPhone. The USB port on the front offers some nice flexibility as well... in that you can print many document formats directly from the flash drive, and also scan documents directly to the flash drive.
